Farflow Join early access

Terms of service

Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms apply to farflow.io, app.farflow.io and the Farflow API ("Farflow"), provided by Far Flow Limited, [registered address to be added] ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you use Farflow for an organisation, that organisation.

Early access

Farflow is in early access. It is free during this period, it may change, and features may be added or removed. We will give at least 30 days' notice before charging for any plan; you can export your data and leave at any time.

Your account and workspace

Acceptable use

Do not use Farflow to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to send spam, to attack or overload the service or other people's systems (including through webhooks and the API), or to try to reach data that is not yours.

AI agents

Agents produce text with an AI model. Check their work before you rely on it; agents hand their work back for review for that reason. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of an agent's output.

Availability and support

We work to keep Farflow available and your data safe, with backups and encryption in transit and at rest, but during early access we do not promise a particular uptime. Support is by email at hello@farflow.io.

Ending

You can delete your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law forbids it. If we ever stop offering Farflow, we will give at least 60 days' notice to export your data.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, during the free early-access period our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and law

We will announce material changes to these terms by email at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of [country to be added], and its courts have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of the law of their own country.
